SE Logistics LLC ("we", "us") operates the Elhamix app. This policy explains what information the app collects and how it is used. If you have questions, contact us at info@selogisticsllc.com.
Information we collect
Order information: your name, email address, phone number, and shipping address — provided by you at checkout so we can process, ship, and support your order.
Payment information: processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. Your full card details are sent directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Product reviews (optional): ratings and review text you choose to submit about products you purchased.
How we use it
To fulfill and deliver your orders and send order confirmations.
To respond to your questions and support requests.
To improve the app and our products.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Data sharing
We share only what is needed to run the store: order details with our payment processor (Stripe) to complete transactions, and with delivery carriers to ship your order. We do not share data with advertisers.
Data retention
Order records are kept as required for business, tax, and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your account-related personal data at any time by emailing info@selogisticsllc.com; we will comply subject to legal record-keeping obligations.
Children
The Elhamix app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
